ShalaHome are home textiles made of 100% cotton and printed with the artisan technique of block print or wood block printing. All designs are printed and made in small artisan workshops in Jaipur, India.

We ship international

Customs charges and taxes are a buyer's responsibility. Be sure to know yours to avoid any unpleasant surprises!

ATTENTION BUYERS FROM USA: since October 2015, USPS stopped registering shipments from other countries in its system (You can read it here: So the tracking stops updating once your order leaves Spain. This does not limit the guarantees of your shipment, it is still certified and in case the delivery time exceeds one month it can be claimed just like any other shipment.

We don't refund lost shipments. If after 1 week for domestic shipments and 1 month for international shipments, your shipment has not arrived, we will make a formal claim to Correos to ask about the shipping situation. This happens very rarely and has always been delivered to the destination once this claim is made ;)

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I do not accept returns of:

  • custom orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Information about changes and returns

If you're not satisfied with your order, you have 15 natural days after shipment to request a refund*. Shipping cost of refunds are buyer responsibility ( except when the cause is some product imperfection) The refund will be made upon receipt of the order and after verifying that it has not been used and it is in its original state (shipping cost is non refundable as well). To request a refund contact us and we will let you know how to do that ;)
